In respect of our practitioners time, all patients need to give as much notice as possible if you should need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please note that 24 hours notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee of $40.
We understand that sometimes things come up at the last minute, and so no fee will be charged if the appointment is rescheduled within 7 days of the original appointment. However, if no notice is received, we reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee as per our cancellation policy.
For Pilates block bookings, please call us asap if you cannot make your regular class so that we can schedule a make up class within your pass expiry. Please note that block bookings are intended for those wanting to commit to regular weekly classes. If you cannot attend regularly you are welcome to come on a casual basis.
