David DÁstoli

David DÁstoli holds a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy and formal qualifications in Sports Massage, Rehabilitation, Dry Needling, Reflexology and Swedish Modalities.

David can adapt a massage to suit individual client needs, whether that be a specific issue: including neck, shoulder or lower back pain; or more of a maintenance massage program for busy active people. His approach to care combines deep tissue techniques, trigger point releases, myofascial techniques, positional releases, stretching and strengthening advice, as needed by each client’s body or as requested.

David has worked in a broad cross section of the Sydney community. Treating soft tissue complaints of clients that vary from elite sports professionals to the elderly and frail. He has a particular interest in treating lower back pain

David is a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS). He is a keen surfer and passionate about natural health.

Mon Jung

Mon has completed her Certificate III in Fitness, Certificate IV in Personal Training as well as her Diploma in Massage Therapy. She comes to us with many years of experience in the health and fitness industry both as a massage therapist and as a personal trainer. She is highly regarded and praised by her clients for her detailed, personal approach; allowing clients to understand their treatment and how the body functions.

Her previous work as a fitness instructor and personal trainer has given her an unparalleled understanding of the body, enabling her to supplement her sessions with valuable exercise advice for each patient. She has experience with caring for professional athletes including rugby, soccer and cricket teams, and ballet dancers.

Mon’s sessions incorporate varied remedial massage techniques tailored specifically to each individual client, but may include muscle energy techniques, trigger point and myofascial releases, all kinds of stretching, sports massage and traditional Thai massage techniques.

In her spare time she enjoys keeping fit and lending a hand in a local fitness studio.
