Bronwen Greenfield

Bronwen’s lifelong interest in health and fitness are what drove her to pursue a career in nutrition as she loves to help others achieve the healthiest version of themselves. In her practice she exhibits her caring and understanding nature to provide her clients with realistic and achievable advice. With a love of all things food, Bronwen enjoys cooking and creating innovative recipes, allowing her to work together with her clients to come up with easy healthy recipes to help them achieve their goals with a refreshing touch. She understands the complexity and diverse nature of each client and recognises that everyone’s needs are different.

Growing up with a sporting background, Bronwen was actively involved in a range of competitive sports including National athletics, cross-country, swimming, soccer and basketball. As such, Bronwen has developed a keen interest in sports nutrition, having worked closely together with the St George Dragons NRL team last year to create various meal plans for players.

Bronwen’s main interest areas include: Sports nutrition, Metabolic health, Coeliac Disease, Food allergies/intolerances, Gastrointestinal surgery, Renal/kidney diseases, Diabetes, Cardiovascular health, sustainable weight loss, weight gain, weight maintenance and general healthy eating plans.
