Bree Jones

Bree graduated from ACU in 2015 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Since then, she has been working in private practice with a wide range of injuries and conditions, from acute injuries, lower back pain, joint replacement, sports injuries and children’s conditions.  She has gone on to do further training in Pilates teaching, women’s health and paediatrics.

Bree has a background of close to 10 years as a swim instructor and coach before moving into coaching triathlon and running over the past 5 years. Because of this she has an in-depth knowledge on the biomechanics of running and swimming and the impacts of flexibility and strength on injury risk, technique and performance.

Bree has personal experience in high level youth sports, competing in triathlon at a youth elite level, including representing Australia in overseas events. She understands the demands of sport on growing bodies and the importance of injury prevention for athletes of all ages and abilities.

Bree utilises her experience as well as her passion for sport and sport accessibility to help individuals and athletes of all abilities stay injury free and achieve their goals. Today, Bree focuses on Youth sports, general sporting injuries and children with disabilities.
