Pilates PrePaid Policies & Procedures

Our Prepaid Class Passes are designed to streamline the payment and booking process for those who genuinely want to commit to attending regular classes. If you know that you will be unable to attend with this regularity, then you are welcome to come as a casual attendee and simply pay as you go at our casual rate.

All Prepaid Class Passes can only be applied to future classes, not previously attended unpaid classes which will be charged at the casual rate.

Registration for classes is required. This can be done either on a week by week basis, or scheduled up front with your payment, and can be done in multiple ways in an effort to suit all clients:

    1. in person at reception
    2. online through our website or Facebook page
    3. by calling the clinic on 9589 2755
    4. via email on info@jannalichiropractic.com.au

An automated email reminder will be sent to all registered participants 2 days prior to your class as a courtesy to prompt you of your booking. This gives you ample opportunity to contact us should you need to alter your booking.

If you have not received an email reminder 2 days prior to a class, then please contact to confirm that you have been registered.

If you are unable to attend a pre-booked class, please inform us with as much notice as possible, and no later than 2 hours before the class starts by clicking on the cancellation link on your reminder email or by contacting the clinic.  You can then reschedule this session by any of the above options for “Bookings”. Less than 2 hours notice or Failure to arrive for a booked class will result in a forfeited class fee.

Clients are responsible for booking their own classes within the expiry period of their pre-paid pass. Please note the date of your payment so that you can monitor your expiry date. Any classes carried over the expiry period will be forfeited.

Prepaid class pass of 5 must be used with 7 weeks of payment.
Prepaid class pass of 10 must be used with 14 weeks of payment.
